The delivery location must be accessible to the parcel or freight service assigned to the shipment.

Delivery Estimate
The order cutoff is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Handling takes 1–3 business days, Monday through Saturday. Transit takes 9–18 business days, Monday through Saturday. The total estimated delivery time is 10–21 business days.
The estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date or appointment time.
What can affect timing
- Product availability and shipment readiness
- Destination and carrier routing
- Carrier scheduling and delivery appointments
- Weather, holidays, or transportation disruptions
- Address accuracy and delivery-site access
- Customer availability and unloading preparation
When Lift Care receives a material carrier or scheduling update, the available information may be communicated to the customer.
Parcel Delivery
Smaller parts, accessories, documents, or components may ship through a parcel service. A parcel shipment may travel separately from heavy equipment when the assigned shipping services differ.
Tracking details are provided when available from the shipping service. Parcel timing can vary by destination and carrier conditions.
Heavy-Freight Delivery
Automotive lifts and other large equipment may require scheduled freight delivery. Lift Care coordinates freight with Logistica Cargonam and applicable carrier services.
Delivery scheduling
The carrier may contact the customer to arrange a delivery window. Customers should keep the delivery contact information accurate and monitor the provided phone and email channels. A delivery window is coordinated by the carrier and can change with routing, equipment, weather, access, or other operational conditions.
Freight receiving
Heavy equipment may require appropriate unloading equipment and personnel. Customers should review product dimensions, shipment details when available, and delivery-site access before the carrier arrives.
Customer Receiving Responsibilities
Before delivery, the customer is responsible for preparing the destination and receiving plan.
- Provide a complete and accurate delivery address, email, and phone contact.
- Confirm the site can safely accommodate the assigned delivery vehicle.
- Keep access routes clear and communicate known access limitations.
- Have an authorized receiving person available when required.
- Provide suitable unloading equipment and personnel when required for heavy freight.
- Review the delivery inspection steps before signing the carrier receipt.
Lift Care does not guarantee that a carrier will provide unloading equipment. Confirm the receiving plan before the scheduled delivery.
Delivery Inspection, Damage, and Shortages
Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. The receiving person should review the packaging and shipment condition as carefully as the delivery circumstances allow.
- Inspect
Look for visible damage, opened packaging, shifted materials, or missing pieces.
- Document
Note visible damage or shortages on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing and take clear photographs.
- Contact
Contact Lift Care promptly with the order number, shipment details, receipt notation, and photographs.
For additional return, freight-damage, or missing-part information, review the Refund Policy.
Order and Shipment Tracking
Lift Care order status and live freight status use different reference numbers.
Live carrier information may not be available until a freight reference has been issued and accepted by the carrier system.
Delivery Access, Address Changes, and Missed Delivery
Address corrections, missed appointments, limited site access, storage, redelivery, or requested special services can affect delivery timing and require revised arrangements. Customers should contact Lift Care as soon as possible when a delivery address, receiving contact, or access condition changes.
Lift Care will communicate any carrier-reported issue and confirm the available next steps with the customer. Changes are not complete until Lift Care or the assigned carrier confirms them.
