Shipping Policy
How Lift Care coordinates free United States delivery for automotive lifts, parts, and garage equipment.

Where We Ship
Lift Care currently ships only within the United States. We offer free standard USA shipping to United States delivery addresses. If an order requires special handling or delivery arrangements, Lift Care will contact the customer before shipment is finalized.
Delivery Estimate
Estimated delivery is approximately 10–21 days. Actual timing can vary with product availability, destination, carrier scheduling, weather, holidays, and delivery-site access. The estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Parcel and Heavy-Freight Delivery
Parcel shipments
Smaller parts and accessories may ship as parcels. Tracking details are provided when available from the shipping service.
Heavy equipment and freight
Automotive lifts and other large equipment may require scheduled freight delivery. Lift Care coordinates shipping with Logistica Cargonam and applicable carrier services. The carrier may contact the customer to arrange a delivery window.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
- Confirm that the delivery location can safely accommodate the delivery vehicle.
- Provide suitable unloading equipment and personnel when required for heavy freight.
- Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.
- Note visible damage, shortages, or opened packaging on the carrier’s delivery receipt and take clear photographs.
- Contact Lift Care promptly about freight damage or missing items.
Delivery Access and Changes
Address corrections, missed appointments, limited site access, storage, redelivery, or requested special services can affect timing. Lift Care will communicate any carrier-reported issue and confirm next steps with the customer.
